## 1. How to Conduct a Lab Practical

1. **Select Instrument**: Choose HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, or GC from the header navigation.
2. **Predict**: Use the Pre-Run Prediction Card to hypothesize how changing mobile phase $\%B$, oven ramp rate, or concentration affects the spectrum.
3. **Run Experiment**: Tap **▶ Run Experiment** to observe real-time chromatograms or spectra.
4. **Observe & Interpret**: Inspect retention times, Beer-Lambert linear regression $R^2$, or FTIR functional group bands.
5. **Notebook & Export**: Log your observations in the Electronic Lab Notebook and export CSV reports!
